With a background in food science and nutrition, I specialize in breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand content. I’m an NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach and an AFPA-Certified Gut Health Nutrition Specialist, with an MSc in Food Science & Technology and a BSc in Microbiology. Before becoming a full-time content creator, I spent over 10 years as a freelance science writer and researcher.
These days, I use my knowledge and experience to help busy women like you understand how nutrition impacts your weight, gut health, and overall well-being.

I live in Edmonton, Canada with my husband and two kids.
